Fitness Kickboxing and Boxing
A great program to get into shape, challenge your self, and have fun. Kickboxing and Boxing are great ways to burn calories, tone and strengthen muscles, and to relieve stress. From beginner to the advanced student our fitness programs will empower you to live healthy and give you another alternative to working out then going to the local gym. The age range for this program is 14yrs and up. Each class last for a duration of 1 hour.
The art of 8 limbs as it is referred to in its native Thailand is a dynamic kickboxing art that has been indigenous to Thailand for thousands of years. Punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes are the foundation of this great martial art system. Muay Thai will challenge you to push yourself to new limits with your conditioning mind, body, and soul. Classes are for beginners to the advance student. Each class runs for 1 hour in duration.
